Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 09/01/2023

1. Cancellation Window
   1.1. Clients who wish to cancel a class must do so in accordance with the following timeframes:
      - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class start time will result in forfeiture of the entire cost.
      - Cancellations made greater than 48 hours ahead of the scheduled class start time are eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process
   2.1. Clients eligible for a refund as per Section 1.1 will receive their refund within 14 day business days from the date of cancellation.
   2.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking unless otherwise specified by the client.

3. Cancellation Procedure
   3.1. Clients can cancel a class by contacting me here or using the cancellation option on my website or booking platform.
   3.2. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation is confirmed and acknowledged.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
   4.1. In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies or unforeseen situations), I may consider exceptions to this cancellation policy. Clients must contact me as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Rescheduling
   5.1. Clients who wish to reschedule a class instead of canceling may do so subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made in accordance with the same timeframes outlined in Section 1.1.

6. Policy Updates
   6.1. This cancellation policy may be subject to periodic updates. Clients are encouraged to review this policy regularly for any changes.
